Filipino singing group, LA DIVA, was hand-picked by Manny Pacquiao to sing the Philippine National Anthem Lupang Hinirang. They did a beautiful job, by the way. So delicious to hear and speak Tagalog. (Note that the flag shown at the end of the anthem was the Puerto Rican flag. The Philippine flag was shown during the anthem, in digital format.)
American Idol 9th place contestant and Filipino, Ramiele Malubay, singing the American national anthem “Star Spangled Banner” (No good quality videos available right now. Will keep looking and update when I find one.)
